History
Sipa Resources is a well-credentialled Australian minerals explorer, with a significant track record of project generation and greenfields discovery success in gold and base metals.
Since listing on the ASX in 1987, Sipa has made several discoveries, including the Sulphur Springs copper-zinc VMS deposit and multiple deposits within the Ashburton gold project, both located in the Pilbara region of WA.
Leveraging its experience as a successful explorer, the Company has established a large portfolio of district-scale projects, securing high-quality strategic landholdings in key mineral provinces including most recently in the central Gawler Craton in South Australia and the Eastern Goldfields, Paterson and Kimberley regions of Western Australia.
In early 2025, Sipa completed the acquisition of a portfolio of four advanced gold projects in South Australia and Western Australia, located close to million-ounce gold deposits and existing infrastructure. Exploration of these high-potential assets will be a key focus for Sipa moving forward.
The Company has also demonstrated the ability to attract quality partners to assist in project development, validating its strong internal technical and global project generation capabilities.
Sipa continues to build its proprietary IP and in-house capabilities to support and enhance its exploration approach and help unlock the full potential of its portfolio of projects.
